We're giving camp staff (& parents) their time back.
BaboBot is the AI knowledge engine purpose-built for summer camps. We deliver instant, source-cited answers to families and staff while catching conflicting information before anyone else does.
It started with a dining hall.
When BaboBot first started, the goal was simple: make useful information easy to access. We proved it at Babson College, where our dining hall platform served over 25% of the student body by delivering answers daily.
A few years later, that goal hasn't changed. It's just gotten bigger. We believe people shouldn't have to dig through portals, emails, and registration systems just to get a straightforward answer. There had to be a better way.
So we built BaboBot.
The first proof of concept
BaboBot started at Babson College as a dining hall platform that answered one simple question: "What's being served today?" Over 25% of the student body used it daily. The idea was clear: people want answers, not search bars.
From campus dining to K-12 schools
The same frustration existed everywhere in education. Parents emailing the front office at 9 PM. Teachers searching three different systems for one policy. Administrators answering the same question for the hundredth time. We built BaboBot to fix all of it.
Camps expansion
Summer camps face the same problem schools do — and have even less time to solve it. Parents have just as many questions, and staff have fewer hours in the day. BaboBot brings the same instant-answer engine to overnight and day camps, sourced from the camp's own handbooks, newsletters, and parent emails.
No one should have to dig through portals, emails, and PDFs just to get a straight answer.
Camps run on information: session schedules, packing lists, handbooks, calendars, medical forms. But that information is scattered across dozens of systems, documents, and web pages. When a parent has a question at 9 PM, there's no one to ask. When a counselor needs a policy mid-session, they're searching three different platforms.
BaboBot brings it all together into one place and makes it accessible to your camp community any time of day. Not by scraping the internet or guessing. By syncing from your camp's approved sources and citing every answer.

Question about pickup time
The principles behind every feature.
Every decision we make, from how we handle data to how we phrase an answer, is guided by these commitments to camps.
Accuracy over speed
Every answer cites its source. If BaboBot can't find the answer in your approved documents, it says so and flags the gap. We'd rather say "I don't know" than risk a wrong answer.
Privacy is non-negotiable
Your camp's data stays yours. We never access the open internet, never sell data, and never use your information to train AI models. COPPA compliant from day one.
Built for camp staff, not engineers
Camps shouldn't need an IT department to use AI. BaboBot installs in minutes, requires zero technical skills, and works the way camp staff already think.
Access for everyone
Every family deserves the same quality of information, regardless of what time they're available. BaboBot is available 24/7 with fully supported English answers.
Proactive, not reactive
We don't wait for someone to notice a problem. BaboBot scans your documents continuously and flags contradictions before they confuse a single family.
Zero maintenance
BaboBot syncs with your sources automatically. When a document is updated, the knowledge base updates too. No manual uploads, no babysitting, no maintenance on your end.
Camps chose us because we built BaboBot with their needs in mind from day one.
This isn't a generic chatbot with a camp skin. BaboBot was engineered for the specific challenges camps face: scattered information, strict compliance requirements, diverse communities, and staff who don't have time to manage another tool.
COPPA Compliant
No personal information is collected from children under 13. Widget conversations are anonymous. Portal access is controlled by the camp.
Camp-Approved Sources Only
BaboBot syncs only from sources you explicitly approve — your handbooks, website, newsletters, and the camper-parent roster you upload. Sensitive registration data like medical forms and payment info stays in your existing tools.
No Data Training
Your camp's information is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Your data exists to serve your community, not ours.
No Open Internet Access
BaboBot never accesses the open internet. Every answer comes from documents, pages, and systems your camp has explicitly connected and approved.
